Their story began at The Cove, the church where they first met and built a deep connection. It’s heartwarming to photograph a love story rooted in faith and friendship. Adding a unique touch to their session, they brought along their film camera - Hannah's gift to Matthew - to incorporate their shared interest into the shoot. The way they naturally interacted with each other—and with their cameras—made every frame feel authentic and personal.
BEATING THE STORm:
We had a tight window to make this shoot happen, as the weather was quickly changing. The distant rumbles of thunder and occasional flashes of lightning created an adrenaline-fueled atmosphere. We moved quickly through the fields, giving them playful prompts and capturing the natural moments of laughter and love that flowed while the wind added a dramatic flair to Hannah's hair and dress. It was as if nature itself was putting on a show for them! Thankfully, the rain held off just until we wrapped up. As soon as we packed up the last of our gear and got on the road, the sky opened up. We made it out just in the nick of time, with our hearts full and cameras filled with memories.
